[NLRS] Test equipment manual sharing

Hi;

I am proposing that NLRS members put together a shared Test Equipment Manual
service. This would consist of a list of test equipment and who has a manual
available for that equipment. The idea being that each member who wishes to
participate would submit a list of their test equipment manuals, then the
lists would be consolidated and made available to the group. When a member
needed a manual to work on a peice of test equipment, he could go to list
and find out who has a manual, contact them and borrow the manual, make a
copy of the information needed and promptly return it to the owner.

To get the ball rolling, I am volunteering to do the consolidation work.
Just  send me a list of your manuals (by email if possible) and I will
create a list and distribute it back to the particpants.

I think a discussion topic for Aurora '02' might be, should the list should
posted on the web site or kept more private.

Since more and more manuals are coming available in softcopy (pdf and
others) form, please indicate on your list what format  your manual is in.

As an example of  whats available on softcopy, I have the following manuals
in PDF format. If anyone needs a copy of one of theses manuals, send me a
note before Thursday, 4/25, and I will bring a loaner CD with the requested
manual on it.
