Matt,

I think that might be A23.  Could be workable.  They're cheap enough.  
However the capacity is only about 55 mAh, so a 10-20 mA radio will eat 
them pretty quickly.

Your making me think about a one-tube reflex using a sub-mini tube, in a 
matchbox.
