[NJARC] 2019 DX Contest

Folks,

The the 17th annual NJARC DX Contest is tentatively scheduled for 18-27 
January 2019.  I am opening the floor for discussion of rule changes to 
improve the event, and encourage more participation.

A little review:

THE OBJECT: To use vintage radio s receivers to receive broadcast-band 
signals from the greatest possible distance. Performance
will be judged by the total mileage for your ten best loggings during a 
24-hour session.  You will be competing against competitors
using similar receivers.

The 24-hour-session rule means you don't have to make a large time 
commitment to be competitive.
