Thanks, Joe, and amen to what Al said. To fully appreciate BAMA, you have to remember the pre-Internet days when we had to scurry around trying to find schematics, field manuals, operator manuals and Rider's manuals.

This lists the contents by manufacturer and/or subject.
Joe's wonderful discover was the "ebooks" pages, hidden among dozens of others. I didn't know this existed.
