Thanks Matt. This was fascinating. It is especially so since it was once taught in schools. I expect that in twenty years time people will create a YouTube video to bemoan the lost art of penmanship and cursive writing.
I also bemoan today some new phrases that have entered our recent vocabulary like "my bad."
