[NJARC] Account Suspension

I also get these occasionally, sent to my trustee email at NJARC. The 
latest, about 3 days ago,  had no content, only a zip file attachment, a 
definite red flag.  I deleted it then permanently deleted it from my 
Trash folder.

I've also noticed an increase in Nigerian scam emails, et al, in the 
last month or so.
