This appears to be a phishing attempt, if you hover your mouse pointer over the Login and Ascertain Your Identity link it displays a suspicious looking url.

Due to a recent compromise of our servers by some chinese hackers, It has
been mandated that we carry out an integrity check to isolate and disable all
