[NJARC] Philco console Model 39-116

Been wanting for a long time to see how it works and, finally, got my Philco 39-116 fully repaired along with the Philco Mystery Box.  Both now function perfectly and it's a marvel to see them work.  The cabinet is in fine shape but, as often is the case, the grill cloth is unacceptably frayed.  This is where my problem is.  I want to replace the cloth but, try as I might, I simply can't figure out a way to remove it.  So, if anyone has ever done so, I sure would like to know how.
