[NJARC] Upscale AM phono oscillator?

  /AM Series Agile Modulator //AM-60-550//59416/ sounds like it may be
  AM BCB.  I know that these have a very high output (TV anyway) that
  they will broadcast if connected to an antenna.  Time for some research.
