[NJARC] Bring back FM!

Jim,

I think the point is that in 1982 you could tune in FM radio stations on
your portable device, the Walkman, but Apple is being a pain in the butt
about enabling the chip already onboard its iPhones that allow you to tune
in FM radio on your portable device. To be sure, one could stream any
number of "FM" stations' through one's wifi/cell data service, but that
tends to consume quite a bit of data. Enabling the FM chip lets you listen
for "free," ads included, while using your data for other purposes.
