MikeYou would know better then I as I haven't been going to auctions lately. But it looks to me like as many items went for more then the guess as went for less. In my experience, auctions are always a crap shoot as either buyer or seller. Kind of reminds me of the movie "Little Big Man", one of my favorite westerns; "Sometimes the magic works, sometimes it doesn't!"
But as a buyer, I follow John Dilks' auction advice. I bid up to what the item is worth to ME and then leave it to fate. This certainly works better on eBay where you can more easily avoid "auction fever".Jim

I believe that in general all of the prices realized were low. I feel this
first one was poorly advertised. Maybe the one in November will have more of
