I gotta laugh but I don't have a solution. The antenna in my 1937 Buick is the running boards connected in series for a very sizable antenna!. Haven't had time to re-cap the radio though.

Good afternoon!
I just bought a car and it has this little tiny stub of an antenna. I
listen to a lot of both AM and FM in my car, but I can't pull in 1010
anymore. The antenna on the car is removable and therefore
replaceable. Can anyone recommend an upgrade? The only high gain
antennas I could find were for VHF and UHF ham bands.
Thank you!
Joe Giliberti
