[NJARC] clarion call: 3.16 ohm and 4.0 ohm wirewound resistor

Matt,

Keep in mind that you ca pretty much "bullseye" any value with a 
series-parallel combination of two to four resistors.  Of course, the 
limiting factor is the accuracy of you ohmmeter.
