Matt,

Try this one:  http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/triplett/630a/  there are 
a couple of others there too.

Bookmark this site!  There is a lot of go info here.

Make sure you have a good D-cell and that the contacts are clean. The 
current is pretty high on the 1X ohms range.  The other battery is only 
used on the highest ohms range.
