[NJARC] Western Electric Capacitor Question

I have a handful of Western Electric capacitors. They are yellow, and
mostly flat and rectangular with a few that are cylindrical. They are
variously marked “542 S CAP”, “542 D CAP”, and “WE 570 DR CAP”. I have
measured them as .01 and .1 uF. Does anyone have any idea what the
voltage rating might be and if these were used for some special purpose?
  A picture is attached.

Thanks,

Ed
