[NJARC] Need splicing tape

Buy the splicing tape and 40 years from now you will look at that
nearly-full roll and buy another new one!

If it's just for one last pass, use scotch.  If you're putting it back on
the reel to store, get the real stuff.  (But you already knew that!)
