[NJARC] Need splicing tape

I was "brought up" to *NEVER* use scotch (cellophane) tape for 
splicing.  To do so would unleash the wrath of the tape gods.  But - 
that was before the days of magic tape.

As the alignment tape is pricey, I'll probably go for the $10, it's a 
relatively small price to pay.
