Thanks Aaron,

BINGO!!! What a find. Between the two, I think these will get me
there. Now, all I have to do is to trace the wiring against the schematic(s).
I do notice the tone control on the 321-37. My radio doesn't have this.
When I get the time to follow the wiring, I'll let you know so we can
match the radio to the schematic.

Thanks again.
Joe

I have a PDF file of Riders and I didn't find the scheme either, but it
may be hidden out of order. It should have come up with
_www.nostalgiaair.org_ (http://www.nostalgiaair.org/) .

Thanks Aaron,

I seem to keep hitting the wall. I found the listing for 321-36 in
the Rider Index. The problem is that in neither my CD set or the on-line
version can I find any Pacific Radio listing in the Schematic book. In your
reference material, do you have it? >From what I'm seeing, and posts from
a few others, I don't expect to find much more than a schematic. BTW... I
did a search on my references to see if I missed it. No luck there. No
Pacific.

Thanks,
Joe

Check out the schematic for a Pacific Radio, model 321-36. It's Rider
8-9. According to a radio directory I have, 25 preceding the serial number
means it was manufactured by the Pacific Radio Corp. It's location is listed
as Los Angeles and Chicago, so I don't know if it's the same company or
two separate ones.

I hope this doesn't overload the server.

Here are some photos of the radio I have. It is neither a 80AC or A9775.
Someone before me did a recap on this radio, but they didn't get it to
play. I found this at a rummage sale. I have to check the tubes but as you
all know, that's only part of getting it to work.

Here are photo's from the rear and overhead of the chassis.

6D6 - 6A7 - 75 - 42 - 80

I'm trying to find some information, schematic if possible, for a Knight
Tombstone Radio. So far, I found color photo evidence of the radio at the
Allied Radio site http://www.alliedcatalogs.com/catalogs/1936/ on page 118,
but that's about it. I do know that Knight was a name used by Allied Radio
and possibly built by Pacific Radio. I also found a related chassis that
appears to be similar in a photo. The label in the cabinet was damaged, so
any information from that is useless. I cannot find anything in Riders or
 Beitman's.

Here is what I know,
Name on Dial - Knight
Tubes (5) 80, 75, 42, 6D6, 6A7.
Bands: 3
Serial: 25-7008
Model from internet source: H9801
Possible related model: 9701H
Manufactured year: 1936

The Allied Radio site doesn't all copying or printing. At least you can
see what I am talking about. Does anyone have any more information on this
radio?

Thanks in advance.
Joe Devonshire
