[NJARC] Speaking of capacitors

Does anyone know if RCA Victor made its own?  I recently saw a photo of the
mechanical combination of electrolytically treated paper and foil using
rollers allegedly operating at Camden or Harrison in the early 1930s, but I
thought that RCA bought its passive components from other specialty
manufacturers.
