[NJARC] Replacing a tapped volume control?

Dave,

Go ahead and connect R-13 to the "top" of the volume control (the R-11 
end).  This will have a minor effect on the AVC threshold, i.e. the AVC 
will take effect at a slightly lower RF signal level.  I seriously doubt 
you'd notice it anywhere except the lab bench.

The tap in this set has no role in tone compensation.
