    I'm sure many of you still are using Windows  XP.  Well on April 8th, 
support ends.  In the April 2014 issue of QST,  there is an article that 
describes the cascade of events that  will follow.  
 
    For those of us interested in vintage equipment,  there is another 
article covering X'tal Phasing and another covering early  amateur activities.  
There is a photo of a spark gap apparatus.
 
    If you haven't heard, John Dilks has retired from  his "Vintage Radio" 
column.  With a new "Vintage Radio" author, there is an  article for the 
Heathkit aficionado featuring the Heathkit DX-60.
