[NJARC] Grunow Teledial glass cracked...

...and darn if I can figure out how to remove this glass dial cover...to 
replace it with one from Bill Turner's place...other than "completing the 
cracking" to failure...

There appears to be a 'cork?' gasket on the inside surround ( basically 
un-removably fixed ) ...and the actual glass has a metal 'surround' ...that 
may be 'swedged' into the dial frame...

All solutions welcome,
