[NJARC] Possible Silver Migration problem - looking for help

Hi everybody.
 
 I've been working on a small Zenith table radio Chassis Z508B.   It's a 
AA5.  The recapping went just fine.  It played fine for about a  half hour 
then went silent.  It does have plenty of audio.  This is  what is leading me 
to think I'm having a silver migration issue.  To this  point, I've not 
adjusted anything, only replaced the caps.
 
    Now, I can receive an AM station from Boston (I'm  about 180 miles away 
here in Maine) at the far end of the dial.  The weird  thing is this 
station should be in the middle of the band.
 
    I'm still trying to dig my test equipment out since  the move, but I do 
have a multi-meter.  This radio looked like an easy fix  at first.  Where I 
should be seeing voltage coming off the 35W4, there is  barely anything.  
I've checked the tube, replaced it, and still no  change.  The 1k resistor is 
OK and just to be sure it wasn't a heat related  problem, I replaced that.  
Here is the odd part, that signal I mentioned  above, it is plenty strong 
in the wrong place.
 
    Does anybody have any thoughts on what I should  look for?  In the 
meantime, I'll keep looking for my signal  generator.
