[NJARC] Who's on 1640?

I hear an AM station on 1640 here in central Somerset County.  It comes 
in loud and strong but the audio does not sound very good.  They call 
themselves Jersey Shuffle and play oldies with a commercial or two and 
news but no call sign and no live voices.  Does anyone know anything 
about this station?
