[NJARC] FM Demonstration Programs

Folks,

I've been working to recover some early FM demonstration programs from a 
16-inch transcription disk from our Radio Technology Museum.

This turned out to be more complicated than I hoped.  The disk was 
vertically cut at 33 1/3 RPM but is not microgroove.  Interestingly the 
groove runs from the center to the outer edge of the disk.  I obtained a 
3 mil stylus, but might do better with a 2 mil.  I'm still not entirely 
satisfied with the results.

The organization responsible for the disk was  FM Broadcasters, Inc., 
established ca. 1940.  If you have any further info, such as the release 
date for this material, please let me know.
