[NJARC] shadow meter numbers..

I peaked the coils/var caps as best as I could....noticed signals 
improvement on all bands...

Put meter into shadow circuit....5 ma steady current....then, with local AM 
station boomming in...get 2.2 ma decrease in current and good shadow 
movement ...then, with an adjacent 'good' AM signal station I get only 0.2 
ma decrease in current...and no shadow movement whatsover.

May have to let sleeping meters lie....
