[NJARC] NJARC Digest, Vol 111, Issue 11

I am about to build a one tube regen for the AM broadcast band. I found the
design on the web. The author (D. Schmarder) specifies 40/44 Litzwire for
the tuning coil. I understand now from the posts that this type of wire is
better as it provides a higher Q. For a XTAL set this may be important.
It's not clear to me that Litzwire is needed in the case of a regen. If any
one has experience with this wire in a regen. I would like to have you
opinion.

Thanks,
Henry W2HES
