Surgical Instruments.

I have cutters labeled Techni-Tool that are similar to "Quinby Scissors"
but have beefier jaws with a parrot-beak sort of curve. They can reach
about 3 1/2 inches through a 1/2-inch clearance.
(I can't find them on the Technitool site.)

I also have a pair of "Tischler forceps." These are biopsy tools that
bite rather than cut, not so elegant, but it will reach 4 inches through
a 1/4-inch hole.
