[NJARC] anybody make "needle nose" snips?

Find an old Telco "#5 Crossbar" tech and ask him for his Banjo cutter.  That will work nicely.

You could try Kline Tools, they may still have them. (expen$ive)

As you know...getting 'down in there' to snip a component lead with big jaws 
on the standard small cutter poses space challenges....wondering if anyone 
makes a wire cutter with a LONG narrow 'nose'...I haven't tried my 
scissors...yet...
