[NJARC] Help with Philco Transitone 53-562

OK, now I'm stumped!  I don't know what you have, but what the "base 
view" drawing shows is a 0.05 microfarad capacitor which is across the 
incoming line voltage.  Walt is correct in that it should not be needed 
for the radio to at least work.  115 volts with 15 amps will readily pop 
a shorted paper capacitor.

I'm sending the Philco service data in 2 separate emails.  Please excuse 
the wrinkly look, it was under water for three days.
