[NJARC] FM DX'ing

In radar we called it "ducting". I worked extensively with a 400 Mhz. radar
(not too far from FM frequencies) and we had complaints from the Navy off
South America that they were picking up targets at over 120 miles where
there were only land masses, clearly way beyond line of sight. Happened
also with early radar in England where they often, in the summer, picked up
mountains in Southern Europe at 300 miles and beyond.
