Matt,
I've had mixed results having crystal cartridges rebuilt. Sometimes they sound tinny. You would be better off with a ceramic replacement. Make sure the cartridge output is similar to the old cartridge and make sure the mounting is the same. I'm not familiar with a Philco D10 changer but if it is an old 78 rpm unit make sure you don't use a modern cartridge. Some of the older tonearms have no tracking adjustment and are much to heavy for the modern cartridge. The needle can be pushed up into the cartridge with the added weight. Good luck!
