I have an  old Triplett 610.  Recently ,on the AC scale it is way off .  It was 
pinning the meter in the 300 volt position when measuring 115 volts AC. On the 1200 
scale,  it reads about 1150 volts for 115 volts.

Any idea on a cause and or/cure?
