 From now on ... When replying to a message on the list ...

When you hit "reply" to a message, you'll only reply to the original 
poster.  He's the only one who will get your email.

If you hit "reply all" you'll get all recipients including the 
reflector.  Everyone on the list will get your email (as it used to.)

Just remember Reply = Poster
                     Reply All = Everyone
