And the winner of last nights contest is..............  W A L T E R!!!!!!!!!
He correctly guessed that the heater to cathode was shorted in the CRT.  I swapped CRT's with one from my Holiday Predicta and the sat plays nicely.
Now....  I gotta lay my hands on another 21 EAP4 picture tube!  Anyone have one, please let me know!-George-
