Hi Victor,
The schematic gives you enough info to reconstruct the radio. There are 3 
filters shown. Are they seperate metal cylinders, or in a rectangular block? 
I would just wire in three new caps and disconnect the old. note that 2 of 
the caps are connected to chassis ground, but the third has negitive 
connected to the center tap of the high voltage secondary of the power 
transformer.
