[NJARC] BAMA log-in

Hi Joe,

The original BAMA (Boat Anchors Manual Archive) resides on some 
university server, and the number of anonymous FTP users, that's us, is 
limited.  You may find it works just fine after hours.  Also, MOST of 
the files also reside on the "BAMA Mirror" site that does not seem to 
have bandwidth restrictions:
