 That just means there are too many users on BAMA at the moment, and you'll have to wait until later and try again.

The stuff at the e-debris site is a mirror- it is the very same as the BAMA site for content, so I recommend going there instead- it usually saves time. That's what i usually have to do. BAMA has been pretty popular lately. The scans there are the same ones found at the BAMA site: it is their back-up facility.
