Phil,

Obviously, you knew it would.

I knew something "strange" was going on, when someone
nominated Ray Chase for Trustee, when I thought we
were all returning to our positions, except those
already noted.

THIS explanation is the kind of thing that we SHOULD
have spent some time on at last month's meeting.
