[NJARC] Hallicrafters SX-16 PS

I do have an 80, I don't have any 5Z3s or 5U4s- got a couple
5V4s, but don't think they are quite the same... ;)

Guess this project is tabled for the moment- till I get another
tube- or temporarily test the 80 idea...
