[NJARC] Need tubes

Hi Steve,

6CA7's (aka EL34) and 7199's are gonna be *very*
pricey, unless Gary has some. I agree with Joe -- get
the Russian or Chinese imports.

The 12X4 is the only really cheap tube on your list,
but at least 12AX7's are easy to get.
