[NJARC] Resizing Photos

I downloaded Irfanview, it is quick and easy, user friendly, and intuitive.  Thanks Sal.  Now we have no excuse for not resizing photos we send to Marv.

I use Microsoft's 'paint' program under 'Accessories' that every 
Microsoft user
has.  Open the photo and click on 'Image' on the toolbar and then click 
on
'stretch/skew' and enter a reduced size, say 50%.  When the photo fits 
on the
screen, it is a suitable file size for emailing and I save it with 
another name.
There may be better ways to do this but this program is relatively 
universal and
straightforward.
