[NJARC] image resizing

While on the topic of image resizing, I find one of the easiest tools to 
use is:

Windows Powertools for XP...image resizer.

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Once installed, right click on the picture file name and then select 
"resize pictures", pick small, medium or large...all done.
It creates another file with the same name with small, medium or large 
added to the name.

I use it when putting pictures on my website.
