Hear is the deal the space in the antique mall is just for selling. Not for repairing I will offer repair but as allways it will be done in my work shop.The 10x10 space I will be renting is only for selling restored antique radios record players and other stuff. I only have to be there for 2 days a month. I have bin looking antique malls/coopps for over a year now. The places I have looked at have bin in very poor shape. Most had high rent and only gave 6 month renting contracts none had AC and only some had heat. Most of the buildings where in bad shape this place will be a brand new steal building with heat AC new alarms. The place will be open 5 days a week from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm it will be located on the east side of columbus flea market!!! The deal is grate the place is grate!!!  I have not seen a better deal!! I have the full suport of mom and dad my mother will be helping me with the paper work.
