[NJARC] Uncle Bill Henderson's Radios :) :) :)

Scott - Just a quick note: Let me go through my "iron" and see if I can come
up with something suitable in a dual filamentry/plate supply that would work
for you. It may take me a few days to find something, but I'll let you know
either way.
I'll do a search in my Merit catalogs to see if I can come up with something
that matches your Merit part number. The transformer might well put out
450V, but through a choke input, and dropping resistors, other losses, etc
may be down to 250 or so. Maybe.......
I may have a large ceramic resistance for you as well, but I'd have to know
a ballpark value of it.
Save the money you'd have spent on that Hammond transformer, etc and buy
another radio that glows!
Best Regards,
Joe Cro N3IBX
