I'd participate in that net! I sit for my extra exam on sunday. I passed the code test about 1 year ago. I'm happy I did it. It was a real bona fide accomplishment to look back on. And while I am certainly in no position to try to operate that mode, I would like to with some more practice. I gotta say, this extra exam is a duesey too!
I run vintage gear only. Central Electronics 100V transmitter, Collins 51J4 with ssb receiver, teletype machines, you name it!
Let us know when the details for the net are figured out. Hardest usually seems to be finding a frequency/time.
