Nick/Folks,

I sent my previous response before looking at the ebay
listing. HOLY SMOKE! ONE HUNDRED BUCKS FOR TWO *USED*
SPRAGUE BUMBLE BEE CAPS! Will the insanity ever stop?

The big joke is that these guys say "it measures
so-and-so on my cap meter." They know damn well that a
cap can be leaky as hell and still measure at or near
its rated value on a cap meter. There was a great
little article about that years ago in ARC -- by Alan
Douglas, I think.
