[NJARC] W2NQA 1947 Homebrew Transmitter

Hi,

A few of you asked, so I have posted a picture of the W2NQA homebrew
transmitter from 1947.  I have the original schematic on vellum that
identifies the builder.  It is a nice job.  I have had most of it on the
air with exception of the modulation scope, the speech amplifier, and the
antenna tuner(gutted).  I drove the P-P 811 modulator with a Navy
radiotelephone unit.  The RF stages are 6V6-807-75T.  I just ran the link
of the final into coax and was getting 200W carrier.  

This transmitter is available free of charge for use at InfoAge.  Just
needs movin'.  It is much lighter than the RCA transmitter, but still no
lightweight.
