[NJARC] Abrasives

I am working with my son on his Pinewood Derby car for cub scouts. After I  
use the 2000 grit sandpaper on the axle nails what can I use to polish  
further?  What would be the best of the following that I have  available?
 
Chrome polish
Turtle wax
Brasso
Novis #1 plastic polish
The backing material of crocus cloth
Nu Finish car polish.
Pancake mix or whatever home remedy
 
Oh yes radio related... The 7" long gravity powered car does not have a  
radio this year.
