Carefull,,, John used the term "customer"  others also mentioned " charging" 
for services. This has to be a donation thing. There are legal liabilities 
here, shock and fire hazards. I read that Japan has recently outlawed any 
electronics older than 6 years! I think Great brittain has something similar. This 
explains a lot of the cut power cords we see. I think we need to refer all major 
work to the "professionals" (we need a list of names).
